Q1.I want to arrange car hire or an airport transfer how do I do this?
A1.At HolidayLettingMalta we can arrange all that for you. Simply let us know what service you would like when booking, and we will provide all the information you need.
Q2. Can I reserve a villa online?
A2.You may reserve selected properties online. Essentially, we put the property ‘On Hold’ for you for up to 24 hours. Within that time, we will contact you with a Rental Agreement, which will confirm your dates, chosen property, reservation particulars and your details. Once we have received your deposit (as stipulated in the Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions), we will consider your booking confirmed
Q3. What is your cancellation policy?
A3.Cancellations terms vary according to each property and will be outlined in your rental agreement. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation.
Q4. How do I arrange flights?
A4.HolidayLettingMalta does not currently offer flights to any destinations. We will, however, advise you which airlines offer flights to the destination of your choice and you may enquire directly with those airlines. We find that, increasingly, the best offers are available online directly through the airlines.
Q5. When do I need to pay for my accommodation?
A5.Typically, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 35% deposit (which may vary depending on your choice of accommodation) to confirm the booking. You will then be required to pay the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Q6. Are there any additional charges?
A6.We request a refundable security deposit upon arrival. We will refund this deposit by Bank Transferwithin one week of your stay. Please refer to the individual villa description for further information and, should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
Q7. Which payment methods do you accept?
A7.HolidayLettingMalta accepts IBAN Bank Transfers and all major credit cards. Please note that all payments made by credit card are subject to a handling fee of 3%.
Q8. What are your Terms Conditions?
A8.You can view our Terms and Conditions online. Please note that exact T&Cs may vary from property to property.
Q9. Do I have to stay for a week? On which days can I arrive?
A9.We will consider short breaks (for between 4 days and 1 week). Changeover days are flexible.
Q10. Can I book infant and booster seats with my transfer?
A10.They are a legal requirement for hire cars and should be booked at the same time as your rental car.
