It also enjoys unobstructed sea views, a secure car park on street and easy access to many of the island's highlights, as well as necessary amenities.

Payment options: We request a refundable security deposit of €500 cash upon arrival. Refunded by Bank Transfer or Paypal (subject to satisfactory of property inspection). A non-refundable 35% deposit to confirm the booking and secure dates. The remaining balance is 8 weeks prior your arrival. We accept payment through IBAN bank or Paypal (charges apply for transactions by card).Extra persons are at extra cost

Travel to St Julian’s Bay & Paceville Malta International Airport (MLA) is the only airport in Malta and receives flights all year round from many cities. Air Malta fly to and from Amsterdam, Athens, Berlin, Birmingham, Brussels, Catania, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hamburg, Istanbul, London, Manchester, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Reggio Calabria, Rome, Sofia, Stuttgart, Tripoli, Vienna and Zürich. St Julian’s Bay and Paceville are approximately a 25 minute drive from the airport and there are car rental services and taxis available on the island.

-We are property owners of ref no`s 133,104 and 107,202,203,204 and 205 which are in the same complex and are suitable for around 75 people. Prime location for weddings in Malta for family accommodating.

-We request a refundable security deposit of €500 or €1000 (depends on the amount of persons) in euro cash or by card upon arrival, refunded 1 week after departure online by IBAN Transfer or onto card ( need account holder adress,iban long number and bic code (swift) or Paypal adress (subject to satisfactory of property inspection).

-Payments are made online by Credit card Visa/master +3% surcharge, IBAN bank to bank transfer or by Paypal +5% charges. Non-refundable 35% deposit to secure booking and dates. The remaining balance 8 weeks prior arrival but for june,july and august 90 days prior arrival.There is no Cancellation Policy and the final payment is not refundable. Booking Insurance Policy is recommended.

-Government Eco Contribution Tax of €0.50c per person per night over 18 years up to max of 10 nights is to be paid on arrival in Euro cash.

-Following payment of the reservation, you will receive an E-mail confirming the booking details.

-wifi @ €5 per day.

-Air conditioning for hot and cold is an optional extra at €50 per card.

-1 time fee of €50 charge for maintenance of our villas will be added with the rate.

-We also have maintanence person with us full time for good customer service.
