Consisting of 3 spacious double rooms that enjoy spectacular sea views from terraces, as well as a triple bedroom and bunk rooms, this property can host up to 23 people. 

Guests can also avail from the 5 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite shower rooms. 

Fantastic outdoor facilities are also worth mentioning. You can lounge or enjoy a dip in the large pool, that also comes with a jacuzzi. Additionally, the surrounding terrace can be used for family gatherings and hosting BBQs for friends. Featuring this property is a games room and a children’s play area. The kitchen is well-equipped with your everyday needs. Wi-FI is also available on request throughout the property. Highly recommended!

This property is situated in a sought after villa area that is close to all amenities, including groceries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés.  Nearby towns of Sliema and St Julian’s are just a 5-minute drive away and you’ll also be able to enjoy fantastic, unobstructed sea views along the coast. 

Property is also close to Greens Supermarket, an 8-minute walk to a multi-story shopping supermarket with the option of online shopping and deliveries free of charge. 

Cheap taxis are available frequently, but alternatively, public transport is close by and can reach all nearby towns, including beaches and a waterpark.  

Car rental is not necessary but if guests would like to avail of the rental car service,  parking is secure on the street.

The Villas - Belvedere, Diamantina, and Sunnyside are privately located next to each other and can accommodate up to 75 guests. They are a suitable fit for large groups or family weddings.

Residents can make use of an on-site, communal indoor pool on-site shared between the 3 villas.

*The shared indoor pool is heated at 27°.

*Air conditioning is not included and will be charged an extra EUR 50 per card.
