This charming property is leveled on 4 stories, with stairs connecting to each level. The kitchen is well-equipped with your everyday needs including a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven, a 4-ring stove, as well as other cooking utensils and dishes. 

This spacious property comprises of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom.  Guests are provided with indoor towels and pool towels and basic supplies are provided throughout the stay. 

The outdoor area has a patio with outdoor dining facilities, and a well-sized pool with a BBQ area to enjoy with family and friends during the day and by night. 

There is also a large play area for the little ones, along with a games room for the whole family. 

Although you can make use of public transport quite easily, nearby amenities are also within easy reach on foot, in just 20 minutes.

Car rental is not necessary but if guests would like to avail of the rental car service, parking is secure on the street.  

This property is close to nearby towns of Sliema and St Julian’s, and our capital city - Valletta, just 20 minutes away by public transport. 

Property is also close to Greens Supermarket, an 8-minute walk to a multi-story shopping supermarket with the option of online shopping and deliveries free of charge. 

Taxis are available frequently, but alternatively, public transport is close by and can reach all nearby towns, including beaches and a waterpark. 

The Villas - Belvedere, Diamantina, and Sunnyside are privately located next to each other and can accommodate up to 75 guests. They are a suitable fit for large groups or family weddings.

Residents can make use of an on-site, communal indoor pool on-site shared between the 3 villas.
